My Failed Relationship With AT & T


I finally broke up with AT&T, but it just won't let me go. I'm dying for some closure, but the powerful giant won't give up. I need help, so I'm turning to you. I wouldn't be so angry, but I gave it so many chances to redeem itself and fix its "issues", but much to my dismay, I learned that you just can't change some things.

I have spent over twenty hours of my life in 2008 dealing with AT&T...which wouldn't be quite so interesting had I actually received a dial tone at some point during the past couple of months. I could go through and explain myself, but I'll let the e-mail exchange speak for itself. The subject line alone of my last email should set the stage for the interaction we've shared:
